Another month, another week & more great music

Louise Goffin
This weeks new additions and new releases on Tellurian Radio. Good to see Paul Weller hanging in there and also Louise Goffin (name ring any bells?) daughter of Carole King and Gerry Goffin continuing the family tradition. Thanks as always to the Music Truffler for keeping us in tune with the new music.
Enjoy.
Joshua Lee Turner – Nebraska Dreams – Public Life – 7th August
Brooklyn based Singer Songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist JLT will be releasing his 2nd album Public Life on 7th August.
Louise Goffin – The Heart Is The Last Frontier – Two Different Movies – 12th June
Singer Songwriter daughter of Carole King and Gerry Goffin, 9th album cover features a drawing by Joni Mitchell and there contributions on the record from Van Dyke Parks.
Bright Eyes – Mariana Trench – Down in the Weeds Where The World Once Was – 21st August
Bright Eyes started as a solo project by Conor Oberst in 1995, eventually becoming a trio with other musicians joining occasionally. Their 10th album and the first for 9 years
Giant Rooks – Heat Up – Rookery – 28th August
Neon Trees – New Best Friend – I Can Feel You Forgetting Me – 24th July
Nick Faber – Sensational – The Lost Highway Tapes – 26th June
A song written with vocalist Rufus Stone on harmonica who he’d come across busking outside Charing Cross Station. After trying out a few blues tracks together, they started writing and this was the result.
Paul Weller – More – On Sunset – 3rd July
Even though this album is only out this week, he’s already working on the next one. He says because of Covid and his tour dates being postponed until next year and the album being put back, he finds himself in effect unemployed for the first time in 43 years. He’s been keeping busy though by still writing music and trying to stay positive.
Dan Croll – So Dark – Grand Plan
